LinkedIn Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Event Experience Lead to manage a flagship Event Program at our London campus. This role is essential in delivering exceptional service and experiences for a variety of events across the customer and member spectrum, including industry conferences, corporate and customer functions, and member gatherings. The successful candidate will be responsible for program development, as well as leading the strategic planning and scheduling of events for the venue. They will oversee event execution and take the lead in planning high-priority, strategic events. Additionally, they will drive process design, track event impact, and ensure the LinkedIn brand is consistently represented throughout all experiences.,

  • Event Program & Facility Owner: Plan and coordinate events, ensuring all details are meticulously arranged. Develop comprehensive plans that include timelines, budgets, logistical requirements as well as strategic and commercial outcome goals.
  • Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service. Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution of events. Foster a culture of collaboration and seamless communication.
  • Venue Management: Oversee the larger event venue's operations, ensuring it is maintained to the highest standards of presentation and functionality. Coordinate the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all technical and logistical needs are met.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, external clients, and vendors to ensure the seamless execution of events. Align with various departments to prioritise and achieve objectives. Build and nurture a network of speakers composed of subject matter experts and London-based business leaders.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Manage the budget for event operations, ensuring efficient use of resources while maintaining a premium experience for all attendees. Oversee costs for equipment, staffing, and supplies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Define and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to event impact and success. Analyse feedback and data to continuously improve event offerings and operational efficiency.

    4+ years event program or venue ownership
  • 6+ years of marketing experience
  • Business fluency in English, Event management (virtual and in person) and content development experience. Presentation / facilitation experience is a plus.
  • Effective and persuasive communications and collaboration skills across multiple markets, teams, and functions
  • Experience working with senior-level executives to manage tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  • Effectively manage change within your own team and through effective partnership with sales teams and other cross-functional partners
  • Initiative-taking and agile: Independently capable of seeking information in an unstructured environment, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering timely results in challenging situations.
