Full Job Description

The Executive Assistant to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) is pivotal in providing high-level administrative support, mainly to the Chief Executive Officer and other senior executives, as needed to ensure the seamless execution of daily operations. This position requires exceptional organisational skills, the ability to manage complex schedules, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The Executive Assistant will handle sensitive information, coordinate meetings and events, and oversee travel arrangements, acting as a trusted partner to the Executive Leadership Team.

The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, resourceful, and capable of balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. This role ensures the efficiency and success of the Chief Executive Officer, the executive team and the overall organisation.

The role will provide individual support to the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Technical Officer, Chief Partnership Officer, Chief Finance Officer, and Chief Programme Officer as required and support the ELT and SLT as a collective group (organising meetings, collating agendas and documents, etc.).

Remuneration: Salaries will be in line with local salary grades and dependent on experience: circa £33,742 - £40,069 gross per annum (UK); circa BZD 35,250 - 45,602 gross per annum (Belize); circa IDR 169,813,325 - 251,323,721 gross per annum (Indonesia); circa USD 9,917 - 13,699 gross per annum (Timor-Leste); circa KES 1,699,038 - 2,514,577 gross per annum (Kenya), circa XOF 7,107,000 - 10,517,331 gross per annum (Senegal); circa TZS 24,555,000 - 36,338,880 gross per annum (Tanzania); circa MGA 21,420,000 - 30,949,188 (net per annum; only applicable in Madagascar).
