Faculty Administration Assistant

The role will require providing a comprehensive administrative support service to our Faculty office and overall Faculty. The Faculty is comprised of the areas of Maths and Science, Business and Technology, Creative Arts and Humanities, and Visual Arts, ABE and ESOL. It is expected that the successful candidate will work across both Gorseinon and Llwyn Y Bryn campuses with the time divided between these campuses being negotiable.,

• Providing a comprehensive administrative support service to the Faculty Office
• Key accountability for consumable ordering, maintaining accurate records and administering credit card returns
• First point of contact for visitors, lecturers and students
  
  Previous experience of maintaining accurate administration systems
• Possess excellent IT skills
• With a minimum of 5 GCSEs Grade A-C (or equivalent) including Maths and English you will also possess a relevant level 2 qualification, ideally in Business Administration
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels
• Able to prioritise your workload and work to strict deadlines with a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
