The role will cover dimensions of the Access and Student Success Strategy (Continuation, Attainment, Progression and Enablers), including support for the colleagues who are actively engaging in these areas.
As an academic leader you would be expected to play an active role in Student Education and other governance structures, reporting formally when required and using a variety of channels and approaches to share good practice and support colleagues working in this important area.
