Be responsible for the development and delivery of the IRIS, ADViSE and Hospital Services within Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire taking direct responsibility for the leadership, operational and performance management.
Be responsible for the management and development of the integrated Health intervention team ensuring the delivery of high-quality support and advocacy services to survivors and their children who are or have been subjected to domestic violence and abuse.
Ensure the services support survivors and their children with a victim centred approach, focussing on safety and recovery to:
