Full Job Description

This leadership position is within the Independent Free Trade channel, specifically managing a team in the North of England. The primary focus is on delivering brand distribution and volume growth targets for the region. This role offers the opportunity to coach and support the personal development of team members while also enhancing your own leadership and communication skills. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing the commercial strategy for the area. The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who aligns well with AB InBev's 10 principles, possesses exceptional knowledge of the on-trade sector, and enjoys leading people and handling commercial topics. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team focused on personal development and target achievement.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, consumer groups, and internal departments.
  • Understand and stay updated on industry insights and developments to empower and drive focus.
  • Responsible for growing distribution, volume, profitability, and brand experience across key partner wholesalers.
  • Manage the territory budget effectively.
  • Execute our people cycle and administrative duties (routine management).
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, upholding the highest standards of brand execution at all times.

    University degree or equivalent (preferred but not necessary)
  • Entrepreneurial and passionate about customer-facing environments, beer, and the food industry
  • Extensive beer training (internal or external) and experience in the hospitality industry (e.g., bar work, bar management, event management)
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building and follow-up skills
  • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Very enthusiastic and motivated to make a difference
  • Computer proficiency, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint
  • This role is field-based, so a current UK driving license is required
