Roche Diagnostics presents an exceptional opportunity for you to enhance your skill set while providing direct support to our esteemed customers, as an integral member of the Central Customer Centric Field Support Team in the UK. This role offers the possibility of field-based assignments or focusing on a designated customer base. The Opportunity Ideal Location North Lincolnshire, and Mansfield. Based in the Central Field Support Region of the UK, you will be at the forefront, delivering electro-mechanical hardware support encompassing routine proactive/reactive tasks, technical training, customer upskilling, and ensuring meticulous administration and regulatory documentation upkeep. You will demonstrate a keen interest in advancing your comprehension of information solutions and the application of Roche biochemistry and immunoassay products. Key responsibilities include fault troubleshooting and resolution, preventive maintenance, and generating reports to enhance efficiency across each site's Roche product array. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver electro-mechanical hardware support, including routine proactive/reactive tasks and technical training.
  • Ensure meticulous administration and regulatory documentation upkeep.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve faults, conduct preventive maintenance, and generate efficiency enhancement reports.
  • Maintain seamless delivery and uptime of service offerings across assigned sites.
  • Collaborate with peers and key stakeholders to ensure a harmonized "sales-service" alignment.
  • Attend customer review meetings to discuss key accomplishments and objectives achieved.
  • Ensure optimal operational efficiency in core service activities.

  • Educational Qualifications: Ideally holding a degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. Exceptionally qualified candidates with equivalent experience at the HNC/HND level are also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience: Significant experience in the IVD industry and a track record of implementing top-tier support.
  • Skills: Robust analytical skills, self-motivated, excellent troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to work under pressure within a close-knit team environment.
