Full Job Description

  • Assist in the origination and execution of transactions across the Financial Institutions sector (M&A, ECM, Acquisition Finance)
  • Preparation and pitching presentations for clients, investors and broader investment community :
    • o Financial statement analysis o Financial modelling o Company and industry research o Company valuations mainly using market multiples, M&A multiples and the DDM / DCF and LBO
  • Help develop transaction structures / structured solutions
  • Keep up to date with M&A, equity and debt related issues
  • Work with other country and product teams as required
  • Supervision of interns and owning responsibility for their work
  • Respect all rules and ethos of the Bank to protect firm's and clients' interests
  • Assist wider team in developing origination strategies for identified target customers. Elaborate marketing pitches on M&A, ECM or Acquisition Finance situations

    Experience providing advisory services within the FIG sector
  • Very strong financial modelling skills
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbally
  • Detail orientated and diligent
  • Able to work on multiple tasks at the same time, showing strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Strong team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • European language skills are welcomed but not essential
