Full Job Description

The successful applicant's role is to assist with providing an efficient and effective financial service for PCH through maintenance of the purchase ledger. You will do this by working in a positive manner with both colleagues and suppliers alike. This will mean to be first point of contact for suppliers in terms of supplier payments, ensuring fast paced and accurate processing of invoices. Your work will ensure suppliers are paid on time and that cost information is accurate. You will be working in part of a team so responsibilities are shared and could vary time to time.

has experience of working in a high volume financial environment
has the ability to analyse data and information from a number of sources
is good with people, and can work well as part of a team and also on own initiative
has good communication skills, both verbal and written
can work accurately in a fast-paced environment whilst adhering to procedures and regulations
