Oversee all accounting and finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Prepare timely and accurate management and statutory financial reports.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Develop and maintain robust financial control frameworks.
Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.
Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Manage international financial operations, ensuring global compliance.
Drive finance system improvements and process optimisation.

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with up to 10 years PQE.
Proven expertise in IFRS, tax compliance, and financial regulations.
Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills.
Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
