We are now recruiting for a Financial Planning and Performance Manager, which is a key role in our business to deliver our Long-Range Planning (LRP), Annual Business Planning (ABP) and Bottom-Up budgeting process across innocent. Additionally, you will be:

  • Leading our 3-year Long Range Planning (LRP), Annual Business Planning (ABP) and bottom-up budgeting processes across the business.
  • Working on timelines, coordination of inputs & outputs, and models & tools to ensure we get the right financial picture to make informed decisions.
  • Aligning country, portfolio, and supply-demand views to clearly show our plans and the tasks needed to deliver our strategy and financial goals.
  • Leading the narrative for internal and external reporting and communications on our plans and ambitions.
  • Regularly updating the senior leadership team to ensure we get to the right deliverables on time.
  • Central to bringing clarity to in-year performance and connecting these to the ABP and LRP.
  • Teach and coach a small team.

Strong experience and analysis of consolidating multiple P&Ls.
  • Solid financial modelling skills with the ability to create tools & processes.
  • The ability to turn data into insights and actions to show strategic financial thinking.
  • Experience leading financial budgeting and/or performance reporting.
  • Communication and presenting skills to tell your story in a compelling and clear way.
  • The ability to influence others, work collaboratively and challenge positively.

Here at innocent, we're on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we've gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe's biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

To work on our in-year, medium and long-term financial planning and strategy.
  • A deep understanding of the full business P&L.
  • To partner with key people, cross-functionally.
  • Being responsible for delivering key moments in our annual planning cycle.
  • To be a key part of shaping future plans and influencing key choices.
  • We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we do lots of stuff to make people feel at home and try to make sure everyone's career is shaping up the way they want it to. There are plenty of opportunities to have a go at something new or take things further. In exchange for helping us do business in the right way, you'll get a solid rewards package that includes a salary (phew), private healthcare, a target-based bonus, and a bunch of other nice things like a day off on your birthday. And yes, you get free smoothies. We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same - so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are. Even if you don't think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring.
