Fitness and Wellness Instructor

You will be at the forefront of delivering inspiring fitness and wellness experiences, offering guests a balance of physical activity and holistic wellbeing. Working across both hotels, you'll design and lead dynamic group classes, bespoke one-to-one sessions, and wellness workshops that align with our brand ethos. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging fitness classes such as HIIT, functional training, flexibility and pilates, tailored to the needs of a broad demographic.
• Incorporate holistic wellness practices into sessions, such as breathwork, mindfulness, or advice of nutrition.
• Provide personalised fitness guidance and wellness consultations for guests.
• Collaborate with spa and wellness teams to create cohesive guest wellness journeys.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to continually innovate and enhance the wellness offering.
• Support marketing efforts by contributing ideas for wellness-focused events or packages.
  
  A certified fitness instructor (Level 2 or equivalent preferred).
• Demonstrated passion for holistic wellness, with experience incorporating breathwork, dance and nutritional advice into fitness routines.
• Strong interpersonal skills, outgoing and the ability to engage and inspire a wide variety of guests.
• Flexibility to adapt fitness sessions to different audiences.
• Enthusiasm for contributing to our wellness-focused culture.
• A positive and professional attitude, with a strong commitment to guest experience.
