Full Job Description

  • Coordinate flight travel arrangements for IQVIA and Non-IQVIA employees, including some limited, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Communicate with attendees to gather travel preferences, requirements and itineraries
  • Research and recommend travel options based on client preferences and budget.
  • Ensure all travel bookings comply with company policies and budgets.
  • Utilise online and offline booking tools and process to secure the best rates and options
  • Provide attendees with detailed travel itineraries and support throughout their journey.
  • Handle any travel-related issues or emergencies promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of travel expenses and prepare reports for management.
  • Ad-hoc and regular reporting of travel transactions.
  • Pricing audits to check that corporate pricing remains competitive to prices being offered on the internet to the consumer market.
  • Continuous review of standard operating procedure documents, to ensure they are updated and maintained.

    Flight Booking Desk Associate will be responsible for planning, booking, and managing travel arrangements for IQVIA and non-IQVIA personnel attending corporate meetings and events across Global locations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously., Previous experience of working in a customer facing environment communicating and administering end-user requirements, ideally in the Travel industry but this is not essential.
  • Using travel booking software (ideally Concur) and or similar corporate administrative software solutions.
  • Knowledge of travel regulations and requirements (not essential)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Basic level to use Microsoft Excel & Word applications
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
  • Attention to detail
