Fraud and Financial Crime Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our Fraud and Financial Crime strategy, analytics, and operational teams. This is a pivotal senior role that demands exceptional leadership skills and operational expertise to deliver outstanding outcomes for our customers, ensuring their protection and safeguarding the bank from economic crime risks and losses. How you'll make a difference As the Fraud & Financial Crime Operations Director, you will spearhead the strategy and operations for fraud and financial crime across retail and business banking customers. You will design innovative strategies, implement, and evolve models, and ensure operational excellence to protect our customers and TSB from fraud and financial crime. Your role will require strong stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with the Economic Crime Risk function, Customer Banking, Finance, Customer Services and our parent Banco Sabadell.
