Full Job Description

Within our Global Brand Teams, the Global Brand Experience manager oversee all aspects of the brand's experiential marketing agenda in collaboration with the Global Brand Managing Director. Main Responsibility You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference working as part of a global brand team, developing and implementing a comprehensive global brand experience strategy to surprise & delight the target audience across multiple channels and regions. You will work closely with a range of internal stakeholders, including Insight, Communication, Luxury PR & Influence and the Brand Homes, and will manage the relationship with the partner agencies, ensuring a consistent and elevated brand presence globally. You will initiate and develop collaborations with like-minded brands and partners to create unique and immersive experiences aligned to the broader communication agenda and will conceptualize and oversee the execution of high-end events, pop-ups, and exclusive experiences that reflect the brand's luxury ethos. Our Ideal Candidate To be successful you'll need to have the perfect blend of senior level Marketing experience, combined with deep understanding of all aspects of experiential marketing and a focus on excellent brand building. With a background in Marketing Or PR / Partnership, preferably in Luxury goods, Spirits or Hospitality, you will have a strong track record in developing experiential campaigns from ideation to launch in market and in managing external agencies to develop outstanding creative work. You'll be expert at developing strong stakeholder relationships across the business to ensure the highest level of collaboration and strong buy for the brand communication agenda.
