Provide guidance on global mobility processes and ensure Workday is updated for all IME moves, including year-end validation.
Assist with global payroll management, equity, tax escalation, and annual compensation reviews.
Maintain the global exchange rate tracker and oversee the tax escalation process.
Track visas, social security applications, and Posted Worker Directive notifications.
Support move management activities, including assignment letters, cost estimates, and global provider instructions.
Contribute to ad hoc projects and requests as part of the Global Mobility team.

No prior Global Mobility experience? No problem! We're looking for a detail-oriented, curious self-starter ready to grow. With full training and support, you'll develop into a subject matter expert and make a real impact in a global people function., Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
Excellent planning, organisation, and time management.
High accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt and reprioritise under pressure.
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
