We're on the lookout for a dynamic Global Mobility Manager. Someone who's not just a manager, but a strategic partner ready to make an impact! In this exciting role, you'll provide expert consultancy to our People & Culture Directors, ensuring smooth transitions for our VIP movers and crafting unforgettable experiences. You will be a part of shaping the direction and future of the Global Mobility Team and joining an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.,

  • Ensure a top-notch experience for our international movers-whether they're on Long Term Assignments, Short Term Assignments, or Frequent Business Visits.
  • Oversee the rollout and communication of new and updated policies, making sure our teams are always in the know.
  • Collaborate with our global relocation and cultural awareness providers, ensuring they deliver exceptional support.
  • Manage tax, social security, immigration, and payroll compliance for all assignments, keeping everything running smoothly.
  • Provide insights to People & Culture Directors on global mobility policies and regulatory compliance.

    Extensive experience of global mobility management.
  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using Excel, Workday and capability with other software program
