Graduate Construction Manager

We are looking for a Graduate Construction Manager, who is wanting to move into a site-based graduate position. The role will report to the Construction Director and would be responsible for supporting and learning from Construction and Project Managers. This would include:

• Assist with the site set up
• Assist with condition surveys and validations
• Assist the management of project delivery
• Assist with daily checks to ensure health & safety
• Assist the team to ensure quality installation
• Assist with the management and coordination of subcontractors
• Assist with project close out and snagging
This role will be part of our Foundation Programme (early careers programme). Our Foundation Programme The Foundation Programme provides a rounded perspective of our business via additional training, rotations and mentoring. It is important to get to know us, our people and how we work. The programme is driven by a structured training curriculum designed to develop business, technical and behavioural skills. The training sessions give a deeper understanding of how we operate as a business. Additionally, you gain responsibility as part of the team, build your network whilst receiving the necessary developmental support. Upon completion of the Foundation Programme, you will go on to develop and grow your career with us - the development and progression opportunities do not start or end with the programme. What can I expect? You will have a dedicated mentor who will share their knowledge and experiences whilst having reviews with the Early Careers Manager and your mentor every 6 months for the duration of the programme.
