Full Job Description

The PR Graduate Trainee role will assist the PR, VIP, Licencing and Archive Departments in delivering day-to-day tasks that are essential in the smooth running and organisation of these busy departments.
The PR Graduate Trainee will proactively work with the team from each department to define their weekly workload split across departments (outside of the important everyday tasks), based on the weekly needs of each department.
Daily tasks will vary from week to week depending on brand projects and events and will include daily internal send outs between offices, management of local and international sample send outs and returns, checking and clipping coverage daily, logging in of new samples and gifting stock via Fashion GPS, assisting with archive upkeep, ad-hoc office tasks and errands and more.
Based opposite the Stella McCartney head quarters in Notting Hill, London, the PR office and showroom sits as it's own contained office, working very closely with the satellite PR offices in New York, Milan, Tokyo, Shanghai and Hong Kong on a daily basis.
The role reports to the Senior Global PR Manager.
Your Mission:
Working with HQ and the 5 global PR offices on their daily sample requests and all internal sample movement
Monitoring and tracking press coverage by reading papers, magazines and websites daily
Clipping all coverage in correct formats
Working closely with the Senior PR Coordinators, VIP Manager, Senior Archive & Inventory Coordinator, assisting with local and international sample send outs and returns
Working closely with the Senior PR Coordinators, VIP Manager, Senior Archive & Inventory Coordinator on ad-hoc day-to-day tasks
Assisting on sample management for internal shoots and ecom shoots
Keeping global best of press folders up to date for licencing categories and coordinate with Social Media team on 'best of press' moments in line with social pushes
General office maintenance and management
Act as an ambassador for the brand, representing the Stella McCartney values
Active interest in the wider fashion industry, including strong interest in sustainability and innovation within the industry

Internships in fashion PR or up to 1 year in a permanent role (preferably luxury fashion, agency and/ or in-house)
Excellent organisation skills, able to multi-task and work to deadlines
Solutions-oriented and shows initiative
Understanding of the wider fashion industry, including the social media, influencers and VIP landscape
Excellent communication and writing skills
Professional
Systems and Essentials:
In depth Fashion GPS/Launchmetrics knowledge is ideal
Experience working on the Microsoft suite - Word, Excel, Powerpoint
