Graduate Surveyor - Building Consultancy - Leeds

Our Building Consultancy team are currently delivering a variety of project management and contract administration instructions across numerous sectors from office refurbishments to multimillion pound industrial new build projects. We are continuously undertaking a range of professional instructions including dilapidations, technical due diligence acquisition surveys, schedules of condition, PPM's and BRCAs. Our clients include owners and occupiers and encompass a range of property types with live instructions within the retail, office, leisure, residential and industrial sectors. This opportunity: If successful the position will see you located in our Leeds Office, working within our Building Consultancy team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the team on a number of key commercial real estate projects both in the Yorkshire region and nationwide. As a Graduate Surveyor in the business you will support our team of chartered surveyors in the delivery of projects and instructions and contribute to the overall success of the team. In turn the business will provide structured training and support through your APC in order to progress your career towards chartered status. For a recently Chartered Building Surveyor this is an opportunity to work within a business that can draw upon national clients and develop your client relationship skills. You will be part of company who are the regional leaders in commercial real estate consultancy. Your work would be a mix of professional and project instructions across a broad range of property types from modern / commercial through to historic and listed buildings.
