Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our friendly team as a Gynaecology Outpatient Administrator, within the Women's Health Directorate at York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust., The post will provide a varied and interesting workload across three key areas:

  • Processing patient information and booking appointments via the eRS system and in-house computer system
  • Covering the Reception desk on the Women's Unit and dealing with patients who are attending Outpatient clinics and ensuring our patients experience a consistent, efficient and welcoming approach
  • Dealing with patients via the telephone to book, cancel or change an Outpatient appointment.
