- Crucially, you're a people person - to be honest and genuine, caring about helping people with their finances (no previous financial services experience required)

- If located in in one of our hybrid locations, you will need to meet our Homeworking criteria, for example, a quiet, private room at home, stable internet connection. To be successful in this role, you will need to be a LBG advocate, an expert in using our mobile app and demonstrate excellent knowledge of our products and services. This will mean you are able to offer fantastic support to our customers.
