HARP Connect Service Manager

Criminal Justice Services are looking for a new Service Manager to lead and over see the team delivering housing interventions for people who are in prison or have been in prison to support their objective in ending of preventing homelessness. In this role you will:

• Oversee and manage the HARP Connect Service which offers Housing Advice, Resettlement, and Prevention services across London to ex-offenders who are homeless or at risk of losing their homes.
• Ensure you and your team work closely with probation and other agencies within the criminal justice system to provide an integrated support package tailored to the diverse needs of our clients.
• Ensuring the service meets contract and best practice requirements by managing, leading, motivating and developing the staff team.
  
  Do you have experience in leading operations and developing a quality service?, We are looking for someone who has a passion for preventing and ending homeless for people involved in the Criminal Justice Arena, who can lead a team of HARP Connect Case Workers and is able to think innovatively and has a solution focused outlook.
An ideal candidate will have experience of day-to-day management or supervision of staff and volunteers and a good understating of effective techniques, processes and approaches to staff and contract management We'd always like to hear from people who want to help transform lives.
