Full Job Description

This role supports HE students with their academic studies and involves working with other supporting services in the Partnership. The post holder will deliver a programme of coaching and support to enhance the learner journey and support students in developing key academic and digital literacy skills (for learners who not qualify for DSA support). The post holder will also provide individual and group support in developing study skills for Higher Education and will work with academic teams to add value to existing support activities including grade improvement workshops tailored to the needs of specific groups., The TEC Partnership is committed to Prevent Duty, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and promoting British Values within the workplace. If you are a team player who is passionate about helping learners reach their full potential, then we want to hear from you!, The successful candidate will be educated to degree level and have minimum Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English. Knowledge of HE study skills and experience of working with a wide range of customers is essential as well as the ability to work as part of a team. The postholder will be required to have excellent organisational skills in planning their workload and be able to write and present reports as well as analyse and present data. A high level of literacy and digital skills is required for this role.
