Full Job Description

  • Lead the kitchen team, ensuring high-quality food preparation and service.
  • Support the Chef Manager with administrative tasks as required.
  • Work 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, including weekends and a variety of shift patterns to meet business needs., We invest in the training and development of our teams to give them the appropriate skills necessary to thrive in their job roles. We have outstanding teams of experienced professionals who tailor our catering service provision specifically to suit children, of all ages, meeting the bespoke requirements of our clients.

    Previous experience as a Head Chef or senior kitchen leadership role; experience in school catering is beneficial.
  • Operationally focused, with a hands-on approach to driving food quality.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and rewarding environment.

    28 days' holiday (pro-rata for term-time)
