As a Prezzo Head Chef you will:

• Have a keen interest to prep and cook great quality Italian cuisine.
• Lead your kitchen, owning all processes including health and safety, stock management, ordering and staff development.

• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a desire to grow your skills and career as a Prezzo Head Chef.
• Be financially accountable and meet company GP expectations.
• Constantly monitor and develop your kitchen team.

Prezzo Salisbury offers a private dining area for up to 30 guests making this location perfect for any special occasion.
