Full Job Description

St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust seeks a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) team. This pivotal role involves managing three key teams--Analytics and AI, Elective Access Reporting, and Performance Reporting--ensuring the delivery of robust and insightful data analysis to support strategic decision-making across the Trust. As the Head of Analytics and AI, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and implement effective reporting strategies. You will oversee the delivery of high-quality analytics, including data science and predictive analytics, while ensuring compliance with national reporting standards. Your leadership will be key in driving innovation and efficiency within the Trust's reporting functions. Key responsibilities include managing team performance, developing and mentoring staff, and contributing to the Trust's digital strategy. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, expertise in data analytics, and a deep understanding of NHS performance and waitlist management.
