If you're highly motivated and would love to work with us as we continue to grow, then we would love to hear from you Your new role: You will be an important member of the Growth Team responsible for driving the company's revenue and growth ambitions in the UK. Doing so will require you to be an entrepreneur at heart and have a natural ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, structure a compelling narrative for proposals, and work within a team to win new business. Ideally, you will have experience working in the health care market. Application Deadline: Thursday 16th January 2025 Salary Bracket: £70,000 - £80,000 DOE,

  • Driving the growth strategy with direction from the ELT
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on prospective markets and opportunities
  • Engaging with new and potential customers, and building relationships with them
  • Proactively promoting the company's services to potential customers
  • Build financial models to inform opportunity sizing, pricing and commercial viability of opportunities
  • Bring internal teams together (customer success, clinical, product, etc) in scoping out solutions for prospective customers
  • Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective customers
  • Help to write heads of terms and lead on contract negotiations
  • Work closely with the CSM Team to ensure a smooth handover of new clients
  • Prepare monthly updates for the ELT and Board of Directors
  • Update business development pipeline tracking tools (Hubspot)
  • Organise logistical details for meetings with potential customers and strategic partners

    Entrepreneurial spirit with the drive to identify new business opportunities and build long lasting sustainable relationships that support these.
  • Experience of developing and delivering successful health care solutions in the market place.
  • Quantitative analysis skills, with experience in building commercial finance models and providing robust business cases for new business opportunities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for reports and presentations
  • Able to travel to support the development of business to business relationships
