    • The responsibilities of the role of Commercial Insights Manager are:
  • Analyse data for accuracy and completeness, cleansing as needed to ensure it is suitable for use
  • Collaborate proactively with Membership, Marketing, and Strategy teams to enhance data capture, system configuration, and processes for deeper customer insight
  • Create and deliver regular insight reports, using dashboards where appropriate
  • Develop and review key metrics
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly, emphasising key trends, risks and insights

    Proficiency in analytical tools; specifically, Salesforce and Tableau
  • Experience in extracting, transforming, optimising and managing data from Salesforce
  • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to identify and solve issues when they arise, proposing options or solutions
  • Ability to provide clear and concise conclusions and recommendations
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability
