The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data engineering, team management, and strategic development, with a strong understanding of NHS data systems. • Team Leadership: Manage the Data Standards, Data Engineering, and Finance Information teams, overseeing recruitment, development, and performance.
• Data Policy Development: Implement and maintain data standards policies, ensuring compliance with NHS guidelines and leading data quality audits.
• Strategic Data Engineering: Lead the development and maintenance of data warehouses and cloud-based solutions, ensuring data integrity and scalability.
• Reporting Oversight: Oversee financial reporting, ensuring timely delivery to meet internal and external needs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with senior stakeholders to align data reporting with strategic goals and contribute to key workstreams.
• Risk and Resource Management: Manage risks and resources effectively to meet the Trust's information needs.
• Policy and Service Development: Contribute to the Trust's Digital Strategy, supporting new technologies and consistent reporting systems.
