Full Job Description

This role represents an exciting opportunity to establish and lead the emerging Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), which will provide a service to university governance groups and delivery areas. The EPMO will facilitate the co-creation of common standards, processes and tools enabling effective investment planning, prioritisation, delivery, and performance evaluation of strategic business change initiatives. This role will work closely with a range of stakeholders at all levels across the University including the Strategic Investment Committee (SIC) and the delivery areas (Strategic Delivery Unit (SDU), IT PMO, Digital, Estates and Sustainability).

The role is places within the Strategic Planning team. The Strategic Planning team supports strategic planning for senior management and Faculties, Schools and Departments and the PS Divisions, giving high quality, relevant management information to internal stakeholders, and providing analytical briefs across a range of themes.
