Full Job Description

This role will support our Market and Business Units globally in the development and execution of our Connected Care initiatives. The purpose of these initiatives is to create seamless customer-centric pathways across our funding and provision businesses that improve care co-ordination, accessibility, outcomes for our customers, and help teams to deliver truly integrated frictionless care. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in healthcare and considering how to develop better pathways for customers; carrying out commercial and strategic analysis; and consultancy / in-house experience of developing impactful documents, showcases and presentations for senior leaders. How you'll help us make health happen:

  • Define and develop an approach for transforming our Connected Care propositions, aligned with our global Connected Care strategy.
  • Articulate global strategies and plans clearly, concisely with impact - to an Executive Team and Board standard.
  • Utilise data-driven insights and customer feedback to continuously refine connected care pathways, ensuring they address customer needs and improve care accessibility, quality, and outcomes.
  • Work closely with our Market & Business Units to drive the execution of connected care initiatives across all global markets and business units, ensuring alignment with the company's insurance, healthcare, and funding businesses.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and market heads to align connected care activities with local market strategies and growth goals.
  • Lead cross-functional and multi-market transformation programs focused on improving customer care pathways, from insurance and funding through to healthcare services.
  • Develop clear frameworks for project implementation, governance, and reporting to monitor the progress of connected care initiatives globally.
  • Create roadmaps and blueprints for a connected care ecosystem that can be adapted and scaled across different regions and markets.
  • Establish a global Connected Care centre of excellence to share best practices, learnings, and innovations across the Group.
  • Create mechanisms for continuous collaboration between global markets to ensure connected care initiatives are adapted and improved upon based on real-world application.
  • Act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders across global markets for connected care initiatives happening across the Group.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Group and Market & Business Units who are leading on connected care initiatives in their respective areas / regions.

    Experienced in healthcare, health insurance, or related industries, with a focus on transformation, strategy, or operational leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare ecosystems, including payer, provider, and customer dynamics, with a focus on creating seamless customer experiences.
  • Experience working with healthcare funding (insurance), or provider networks is highly desirable.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to align connected care initiatives with broader commercial goals and market needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing and building strong relationships with senior leadership and external partners.
  • Knowledge of strategic frameworks / models of analysis, and ways of structuring documents and presentations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive transformational change across global markets.
  • Exceptional program and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, ideally in a matrixed, international environment.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse data and trends to optimise customer pathways and care delivery processes.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience.
