Head of Investment Operations Transformation

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and drive the Treasury transformation strategy in alignment with overall corporate strategy working in conjunction with delivery managers, technical leads on Treasury systems and processes, and other stakeholders.
2. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
3. Drive broader developments across the Group Treasury operating model.
4. Process Improvement: Identify, evaluate, and recommend process improvements across the Treasury function to streamline operations and improve performance.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of process changes.
6. Systems and Technology: Lead the implementation and optimization of Treasury Management Systems ("TMS") and other relevant technologies.
7. Ensure that technology solutions align with business needs and facilitate improved financial reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.
8. Change Management: Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans to support the adoption of new systems and processes.
9. Provide training and support to Treasury team members to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption.
10. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, auditors, consultants, and system vendors.
11. Communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders regularly.
12. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all transformation initiatives comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
13. Identify and mitigate risks associated with treasury operations and transformation projects.
14. Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
15. Monitor and report on the performance of the Treasury function post-transformation to ensure sustained improvements.

1. Proven experience in Treasury, Finance, or a related field with significant experience in transformation or change management roles.
2. Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale transformation projects within a financial services environment.
3. Accounting or Treasury qualification is desirable.
4. Strategic thinking and planning.
5. Change management and organizational development.
6. Process improvement and innovation.
7. Financial acumen and risk management.
8. Financial/Treasury reporting processes and associated controls.
9. Stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
10. Strong understanding of Treasury Management Systems ("TMS") and financial technologies; experience with FIS Quantum is highly valued.
11. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
12. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
13. Excellent business leadership, communication, and people influencing skills.
