Head of Marketing

As a marketing manager, you'll be responsible for in-store marketing and signage, driving category marketing and promotions and working within the local community for each store to drive the marketing strategy through local events. The company also has a new store opening programme for the next three to five years, so you'll be responsible for executing the relevant marketing strategies to run alongside each opening. You will also manage a team of six and be responsible for the performance and development of the team.

The successful candidate will have gained experience in a small to medium business as a senior marketing manager or be ready to step up from a marketing manager level within a larger organisation. Coming from a consumer led organisation, you'll be an expert at devising multiple strategies across online and offline platforms and will have gained experience managing a team. You'll be an expert in using data-driven insights to make commercial decisions and be able to demonstrate how these decisions have achieved the necessary commercial results required of your role.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum plus contributory pension + bonus + healthcare + staff discount, In return the role is paying up to £70,000 as a basic salary, depending on experience, along with the opportunity to earn up to 15% in bonus each year.
