Strategic Leadership: + Develop and implement the Pensions Administration programme of change and transformation, presenting insights and analysis to improve strategic, business and operational planning. + Drive operational readiness and efficiencies, enhancing service delivery, people engagement and ensure alignment with Isio's overall business objectives. + Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and client-centric service. Programme Leadership: + Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of a complex programme of work for the Pensions Administration service incorporating industry and business priorities. + Build project implementation teams and empower programme team members. + Implement performance metrics to demonstrate effectiveness of the outcomes. + Effective governance through reporting and risk management across the programme. Stakeholder Engagement: + Build and maintain strong relationships across Isio service lines with key stakeholders and internal teams. + Design and implement a communications strategy to demonstrate progress and results of the programme to colleagues. Team Leadership: + Lead and develop high-performing project teams. + Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages professional growth and development. Financial Management: + Ensure programme outcomes are effective and growth and cost benefits are commercially realised. + Prepare and present programme reports to Pensions Administration Leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations. Transformation Initiatives: + Lead the implementation of digital and process automation initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Pensions Administration services. + Be an advocate for change and the adoption of new technologies, tools, and ways of working to drive quality and innovation and improve client, member and colleague engagement.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Programme to join our Admin Leadership Team and lead our business through an exciting transformation and change strategy.,

  • Proven experience of delivery and change in a senior role within a Pensions Administration business.
  • Experience in a programme leadership within a Pensions Administration business.
  • Strong track record of successfully leading large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
  • Knowledge of pensions administration and digital transformation trends and technologies.
