Full Job Description

At Quadient, we support businesses of all sizes in their digital transformation and growth journey, unlocking operational efficiency with reliable, secure, and sustainable automation processes. Our success in delivering innovation and business growth is inspired by the connections our diverse teams create every day, with our clients and each other. It's these connections that make Quadient such an exceptional place to grow your career, develop your skills and make a real impact - help our future-focused business lead the way in powering secure and sustainable business connections through digital and physical channels . Head of Strategic Partnerships (Parcel Lockers) The Quadient network of carrier-agnostic lockers is unique. Our lockers provide access to the infrastructures of the UK's major parcel players. Strategically placed in locations that the public can easily pick up or return important packages; the lockers play a key role in out-of-home delivery and returns. Our carrier partners (DPD, EVRi, Royal Mail & UPS) use our lockers as consolidated delivery points and provide 24/7 access unlike most shops. Our host partners (retail stores, petrol forecourts, public transport hubs and many more) take advantage of additional revenue streams, increased customer footfall and improved parcel services to make their location a 'destination'. We're growing and we're doing it now! Our locker network has doubled so far in 2024 and we see it doubling at least again in 2025. Reporting to the Sales Director, Europe, the Head of Strategic Partnerships role will look to take our network 'beyond parcels' by identifying strategic partners who can utilise our network to enhance the services they offer today. This person will establish partnerships with vendors prepared to pay for usage of the Quadient locker network. Your role in our future
