You will be responsible for:

• Providing strategic leadership to the school, ensuring the implementation, growth and development of our curriculum.
• Overseeing the academic and pastoral development of students, ensuring a holistic approach to education.
• Developing strong relationships with students, parents and the wider educational community, promoting open communication and partnership in education.
• Leading and inspiring a team of dedicated educators, promoting professional growth, collaboration, and the sharing of best practices., Wellesley Haddon Dene School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
