Full Job Description

A great opportunity has arisen to join us as a Health Care Assistant at Paulton Memorial Hospital!

The wardis a 28 bed inpatient unit with the emphasis on rehab and aiming to get patients optimised to enable them to return home.

You will join a welcoming multidisciplinary team on our John Stacey ward, where our services run 7 days per week.

We have the opportunity to offer a part time position working 30 hours across the weekwith the flexibility of hours to suit you!

Main duties of the job

Your days will berewarding and varied-working across our inpatient wardyou will be part of a team who are passionate about the rehabilitation of their patients and always strive to ensure they regain as much independence as possible.

Your primary purpose is to carry out routine care and health tasks which will be set out in agreed care plans, or work plans or as directed by registered colleagues. You will also, when trained, contribute to care plans, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
