Health Care Support Worker

We are looking for dedicated, compassionate, caring, genuine individuals to come and join our Multi-disciplinary team here on the Dementia Assessment Unit. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge which may lead you to further career prospects.,

• To provide specialist care and planned interventions to the patients/clients within the Dementia Assessment unit and Specialist Inpatient Service.
• Under the supervision of registered health care professionals and senior healthcare staff, assist in the delivery of clinical and personal care for a defined group of patients.
• Takes leadership from Assistant Practitioner and/or Senior Healthcare support worker within a delegation framework for agreed tasks.
• Ensure patient safety is maintained and patient experience is positive by treating all patients, relatives and colleagues with respect, dignity and courtesy in accordance with Trust values.
