Health Records Supervisor - BAND 3 (part time hours) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join the clerical team in the Health Records Department at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust. You will be responsible for providing a full clerical support service within the Health Records Department. The main focus of the role will be to supervise and support the Out of Hours Health Records team. Computer literacy and experience in the accurate inputting of data is an essential requirement for this post as are organisational skills . Methodical method of working and a keen eye for detail is crucial to this role. Being flexible and adaptable to change is crucial to this particular role. Training on in-house information systems however, will be provided., To assist with the operation of Health Records Services across all areas of Stockport NHS Foundation Trust. The main focus of the role will be to supervise and support the Out of Hours Health Records team., + To provide direct supervision to the Out of Hours Health Records Team who organise and provide all records functions within Health Records and Out Patients. + Ensure availability of the patient health record at point of patient care and assisting with general cover arrangements. + Ensure all health records are filed in the libraries and / or scanned in a timely manner. + To be part of the on call rota for Bank Holidays. + To deal with enquiries from the general public and other service users.
