Health and Safety Manager

will be responsible for overseeing and implementing H&S policies and procedures across all Third Space premises. This role will be responsible for managing and ensuring that all H&S processes and procedures that are in place in, Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive relevant and necessary H&S policies and procedures. Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits at all sites. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes. Develop and deliver H&S training programmes for Team Members, working closely with the club Operations Managers to include induction training for new Team

• Professional certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
• Proven experience in a H&S role, preferably in
a multi-site environment. Strong knowledge of H&S regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to various sites as required.
