Healthcare Assistant

The role involves ward rounds, behavior analysis, patient record updates, and assisting with personal care, all while fostering a compassionate and resilient approach., As a Healthcare Assistant at Bradley Apartments, you will join an inclusive and supportive team that works collaboratively to provide care for people with learning disabilities and autism. Your responsibilities will include participating in ward rounds, analyzing behaviors and adapting care accordingly, updating patient records, and delivering overall care and support, which may involve assisting with personal hygiene. It is a challenging yet rewarding environment, requiring a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance to make a lasting impact on the lives of the individuals you support. The shift pattern is 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week, including days, nights, and weekends on a rota basis, totaling 40 hours per week.
