Healthcare Assistant (Bank)

As our new Healthcare Assistant, your responsibilities will vary. Some of your duties will include:

• Provide outstanding quality based care to all patients
• Deliver personalised, non judgemental care, based on patient feedback
• Contribute to, and implement care packages, assist with health promotion, wellbeing and clinics
• Support the nursing and pharmacy teams in primary care on the wings and healthcare centres

We are looking for caring, compassionate but also driven professionals who can help us drive our vision for a fair and inclusive healthcare access to all. Our new Healthcare Assistant will:
• Hold a NVQ Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, or equivalent
• Have a non-judgemental and compassionate approach
• Be able to evidence their Continued Professional Development (CPD)
• Although not essential, a Driving License and your own vehicle would be beneficial due to the location of the site

  This is a crucial role within the healthcare team, making a real difference to patients, and delivering outstanding care. Hours: This is a bank position, offering the flexibility for you to choose shifts that work around you! The hours we are looking to cover are: Monday-Friday 7.00am - 5.30pm, Saturday & Sunday 8.00am - 10.00pm. Salary: This position is offered on a Bank basis, and the hourly rate is £15.84.
