Full Job Description
The postholder should have the following skills and capabilities:The emphasis of the role of Higher Business Analyst is on investigating operational problems and opportunities and identifying effective business solutions through process improvements. You will bring your existing Business Analysis skills and experience to the role in order to:
- Work with Customers, Managers, Architects, Developers and other fellow Professionals to deliver against challenging objectives.
- Bring the benefits of Business Analysis to the full lifecycle with possible involvement during Verification Notification creation, requirements, design, development, test, implementation and operational review.
- Investigate operational problems, identify and justify effective business solutions through process improvements.
- Work within rigorous project/programme/service frameworks and will require a professional and delivery-focussed consultancy outlook.
- Be part of NHS England's Business Analysis Profession with opportunities to interact with NHS England's family of Business Analysis Professionals distributed across the Transformation Directorate.
- Be adaptable when finding solutions to problems, to analyse and triangulate data in innovative ways and present requirements clearly to a range of audiences.
- To map user requirements clearly to technical delivery groups, translating from business to technical language and vice versa., NHS England hold a Sponsor Licence; this means that we may be able to sponsor you providing the Home Office requirements are met. To be eligible for sponsorship through the Skilled Worker route you'll usually need to be paid the 'standard' salary rate of at least £38,700 per year, or the 'going rate' for your job, whichever is higher.
