Job Description: As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and social development of students. You will work closely with teachers, providing assistance in lesson planning, delivery, and assessment, and taking on responsibility for leading classes and small groups when required.,

  • Assist teachers in the planning and preparation of lessons.
  • Deliver tailored learning activities to individual students or small groups.
  • Lead whole-class sessions in the absence of the teacher.
  • Provide support to students with special educational needs (SEN).
  • Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Mark and assess students' work, providing feedback to support their progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure the well-being and academic success of students.
