Sodexo has over 40 years of experience supporting the defence forces of the UK, the US and France.We support individuals, the community and the environment on base, working with military leaders to enhance the physical and mental wellbeing of personnel across all military services.Based at Army Aviation Centre Middle Wallop in Stockbridge, Hampshirewe are recruiting for a Hospitality Manager /Mess Managerto manage the sergeants mess and sergeant's bar services and support the general manager with compliance and running of the mess site.This is a busy and varied operation that prepares, cooks and serves up to 50 meals per sitting per day from a pre-prepared rolling menu.You will have proven experience in the hospitality sector and some knowledge of the military, be resilient, manage your time effectively, possess good communication and customer service skills and be able to handle multiple priorities.This is a great opportunity to support our Armed Forces and improve the quality of their
