Full Job Description

  • Preperation of all meeting rooms - with hospitality as requested
  • Collection and delivery of hospitality in a timely manner
  • Liase with booking representive from time of booking to event completion
  • Comuicate with the catering team, forth coming events and requirements
  • Ensure all legal onligations are meet with regards allergens, food safety and record keeping
  • Ensure all area are left clean tidy and ready to use
  • Ensure hospitality areas are fit for purpose, report issues as required
  • You will need to be Smart - Uniform provided
  • Forward thinking and organised
  • Flexible with working hours, no two weeks could be the same
  • Have a good eye for detail
