Full Job Description

At 54 North Homes we build, manage and look after homes for people across the North. As part of the Karbon Group, we go further and work with our customers to give them the strong foundations they need to crack on with life. Our footprint covers Yorkshire - north, west and south including to the east, almost as far as the Humber. We support diverse communities which face differing opportunities and challenges. As a Housing Assistant at 54 North Homes you will support excellent housing and income services to our customers and communities. You will support the delivery of income, tenancy and estate management services across our geography. The postholders will provide administration support to the Housing or Income team, working collaboratively across both, alongside developing and maintaining effective working relationships within the organisation and key stakeholders. The Housing Assistant will focus on supporting and responding to a range of housing management activities and customer enquiries, whilst the Housing Assistant (Income) will support an effective and efficient income collection service including managing customer queries relating to their accounts. Both roles entail maintaining and monitor systems and providing an effective and efficient service to achieve our targets and KPIs

  • Some travel will be required.

  • Some homeworking available/flexible working.
