Full Job Description

This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office., In this role you will drive the HPE & NVIDIA Alliance team within EMEA, driving business and development in AI topics, local engagement, supporting large HPC / AI deals and looking for new opportunities. You will provide leadership across the team, business domain solution, process, strategy, business case and change consulting to NVIDIA at a functional and senior level and you will help to drive our AI Regional initiatives. You will help Nvidia to innovate and formulate business solutions and "technology enabled" business models and new ways of doing business to create breakthrough positions in the marketplace. You will be able to explain how and where technology can be used to address key business processes in a particular area. You'll also be involved in strategy and business issue identification and resolution; providing input to develop and manage the strategic relationship with the client's senior management, and act as a trusted advisor in transforming their business. Role Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:

  • Leads the team to success. Communicates effectively to set direction for the team in line with the company's vision and strategy. Inspires the team to meet and exceed goals.
  • Organizes the team and adapts the resource mix to maximize the collective team's and HPE's achievement, market coverage and financial performance.
  • Actively and regularly coaches to assure best in class individual and team performance.
  • Displays uncompromised integrity. Propagates our culture and values and the importance of winning the right way.
  • Alliance Business Development:
  • Organises and shapes an engagement team's strategy to drive success.
  • Leads board level visioning sessions providing thought leadership.
  • Develops and manages relationships across the whole client base, discussing benefits and value at board level.
  • Commercially shapes deals based on business benefit to client rather than actual cost to complete (value-based pricing) identifying risk/reward opportunities and developing business cases to work with clients in new and different ways to mutual benefits.
  • Drives key meetings and workshops to achieve the outcomes within the deadline.
  • Understands and utilizes the full range of facilitation methods and tools to run effective events.
  • Driving business and development in AI topics, local engagement, supporting large HPC / AI deals and looking for new opportunities.
  • Advises at board level on strategy and implementation plans.
  • Consults on governance, strategy and transformation not just operations.
  • Builds and maintains significant alliances and support across the client's business.
  • Leads complex initiatives.
  • Consults and shapes development of the client's approach to identifying and managing risks and assumptions and for realising benefits at a department level.
  • Shapes and directs proposals describing the company solution and the associated value proposition.
  • Ensures knowledge capture sessions are arranged and executed building the company consultant collateral.

    6+ years of experience working in Presales, Sale Strategy, Technical Consultancy positions (We are looking for a strong mixture of sales and technical knowledge)
  • Senior professional, extensive experience working in commercial or public sector in alliance on business development roles
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree, in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field
  • Able to develop strategies and partnerships by using market research and analysis
  • Experienced in selling, negotiation, proposal development and account planning
  • An exceptional communicator and presenter
  • Management experience preferred
  • Multiple language skills will be advantageous
  • Should have a passion for AI!
