  • 8b HR Business Partner for Cardio-Respiratory Intensive Care (CRIC) Integration Project (0.5 WTE) An exciting opportunity has arisen to support the CRIC Integration Programme by leading staff engagement, driving cultural change, and managing the psychological impacts of a significant organisational shift. The role also involves developing policies for cross-site working as teams prepare for co-location. They will also work closely with both the Clinical Group and external stakeholders, finding innovative solutions to complex problems. They will take full responsibility for developing and managing all activity related to the program., We are looking for a values driven CIPD qualified HR professional, who will play an integral part in supporting the strategic and operational deliverables associated with this program of work, through good stakeholder relationships. This will require a dynamic individual with strong technical HR expertise to provide guidance on a range of HR matters including; project managing the workforce workstream; engaging with staff across both sites; and building trusted relationships, through a proven track record to deliver. You will be working closely with members of the Evelina London Women's and Children's Clinical Group, and the other external stakeholders. Finding appropriate and creative solutions for both transactional and strategic issues will be key to the success of this service. You will be instrumental in developing and supporting line managers, by equipping them with the skills and knowledge to lead with compassion as they manage the organisational change process. The successful postholder will be a credible strategy operator, able to work autonomously, manage complex issues whilst navigating the diversity of thought and anxieties associated with the exciting changes that lie ahead as this service is developed and brought to life. You will be a partner that leads and takes full responsibility for developing and project managing all related activity, with support and guidance from the People & Culture Director. Please note: the role is for 0.5 WTE and ideally must ensure cover for the core days on site - usually Monday's - these may be subject to change in future as business needs or meetings change., The post holder will play an integral role in supporting the operational and strategic actions in relation to the CRIC Integration Programme, partnering with a range of stakeholders to deliver the strategic aims and objectives of the program, which have been identified as: + Ensure seamless integration of Cardiology, Respiratory and Intensive Care services + Ensuring we are led by staff engagement + Standardisation of protocols and guidelines -
  • Optimise use of resource allocation and efficiency
  • Enhance staff collaboration and morale
  • Utilise and unify digital solution across the directorate -
  • The postholder will lead engagement with staff, drive cultural change, support with the psychological impacts of a very significant organisational change, and develop shared policies to enable cross-site working in advance of all teams being co-located on a single site.
